Membership and billing

Paid membership renews monthly or annually until cancelled. The price and billing period are shown before checkout; VAT may apply. To stop a future renewal, contact Dunes Bureau before the renewal date. Access continues through the paid period unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are considered where required by law or where Dunes Bureau cannot deliver the purchased service.

Sponsorships

Submitting a brief creates no booking. Inventory, price, deliverables and payment terms become binding only in an accepted written proposal. Sponsorship is always labelled and does not purchase editorial approval or favourable conclusions.

Source rights and appropriate use

Dunes Bureau’s original writing and branding remain its own. Third-party materials retain their stated licences. Do not submit another person’s details without authority, abuse the forms or interfere with the site. Report concerns through our contact page.
